Established in 2005, the mission of Simmonds Ballentine, LLC is to empower marginalized communities by enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations and businesses providing services to and/or interfacing with that community.  We provide Organizational Development and Advocacy services to our Clients.  Simmonds Ballentine, LLC serves Clients from Africa and the Diaspora, as well as those communities with dense Black populations.  We help our Clients to leverage current and emerging technologies to enhance the effectiveness of their services.  We establish and maintain our top-tier global position by providing our Clients with innovative solutions and exceptional service that exceeds expectations.  Our Firm is governed by a philosophy that promotes self-sufficiency within communities, as well as understanding and cooperation between that community and the larger society.
